Give me an N! You got your N, you got your N!

I am sure you have all seen by now those really cute pictures that (professional) photographers take of objects that look like letters and spell out words.  Well I have been ooohing and ahhhing over them for quite sometime now.  So a few weeks ago, during the snow, I grabbed my camera and went around hunting for letters!!  I must say, it was pretty fun although I looked like a crazy person crawling around in the snow taking up-close pictures of handrails.

The snow proved to be a fantastic backdrop for some of the letters because it created a natural contrast for letters that otherwise would have got washed out in a dark background.  If only it had stuck around a little longer...

I tried and tried to edit these pics so they would go across horizontally so you could see them easier, but Photoshop kept saying that the "scratch disks are full."  We really need a new computer.

So... here is my last name vertically.  If you turn your head to the side they look left to right.  ;)

  1. You should do that as a business. I have a friend that made a picture for us with pictures of the letters in our name from around Searcy and I paid her $75!! But, it was worth it because I love the picture and it looks great in our living room. I got the picture of Aubrey off of Snapfish. Your mom sent them to my dad and he sent them to us. Thank you for them! They look great! (except the ones of me with my multiple chins!)
